The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the combatants met personally to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK rival Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
